This makes the whole process significantly less stressful than navigating public transit or hailing a taxi amidst busy streets.

What to Expect on the Day

The service is designed to be simple and efficient. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation, and the company emphasizes clear communication—including the possibility of early pickups if needed. Many reviews mention the drivers arriving ahead of schedule, a real bonus when timing is tight. One traveler even noted, “Our driver was actually 30 minutes early! Very nice.” This level of punctuality is crucial for avoiding last-minute rushes or missed flights.

Once your driver arrives, you’ll step into a clean, comfortable vehicle. The car size varies according to your group, but the vehicle quality seems consistently good, according to reviews. Many travelers appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of their drivers—described as engaging, courteous, and knowledgeable about the area.

The Vehicle and Comfort

While the specific vehicle options depend on your group size, the emphasis is on cleanliness and comfort. Travelers report that the vehicles are well-maintained, with some reviews mentioning that the ride was exactly as shown in pictures. The inclusion of water bottles adds a small but appreciated touch, helping you stay refreshed during the journey.

Timing and Punctuality

Timing is often cited as a key strength. Many reviews praise the service for being on time or early, which is vital when catching a flight. One reviewer advised planning to arrive at least 3 hours before your international flight, especially if arriving from the US, to account for traffic and airport procedures. Despite heavy traffic, drivers managed to arrive on schedule, emphasizing the company’s commitment to reliability.
