Visiting Dubai Museum allows a great change from the modern metropolis. Here, you will learn about the history of the city including the cultural legacy of the people. The entry fee is not that pricey. The tour of the museum is included in the open top bus tour too. I highly recommend that visitors should visit this site if they want to learn about the rich history of the Bedouins. I found the visit to be very interesting. Did anyone know that the museum had previously served as the residence of the local emirs until 1896 when it was known as Al Fahidi Fort?
I could have stayed in the Dubai Museum forever! The architecture of the place is truly commendable while inside, you can find out about the rich history of the area. I recommend that others should visit this place as it offers a glimpse of the cultural heritage of Dubai and UAE. It provides detailed history of the city from the past to the present. You can view various exhibits on Bedouin life including a mock souk, highlighting the life of the locals before the discovery of black gold in Arabia.
I found the entry fee of Dubai Museum to be quite cheap and the visit interesting. It is a traditional museum that provides details about the history of the city. Here, you can learn how Dubai developed from a desert city into a world class metropolis. We had visited the museum on a hot day so we were rather pleased with the cool interior. I recommend that others should visit the place if they want to find out about the history and culture of Dubai.
I visited Dubai Museum during my first day in Dubai. It was quite a good experience as I was able to learn about the culture and history of the local people. The entrance to the place is certainly delightful. But you should avoid heading to the underground section first as it leads to the exit, due to which you will not be able to see the other sections of the Museum that are located at the entrance. I had a very interesting time visiting the museum especially the pearl diving room. Magnificent!
