Professional, friendly service, and great reception and management. Room service is perfect. Fine restaurant service but inadequate housekeeping.

Great location. Great for shopping, yet nearby sightseeing is lacking. Close to public transport and the train. Parking is average, and car access is inconvenient.

Rooms are generally OK but old with poor air conditioning and TV's. Small, poorly maintained rooms with mediocre beds, but great views. Small rooms and poorly cleaned bathrooms. Shower can be a problem.
