“Gaius Julius Antiochus Epiphanes Philopappos” is a prince of the Kingdom of Commagene who died in 116, this monument was built to honor his memory. The upper level of the monument shows 2 statues, Antiochus IV on the left and Philopappos in the center. On the right, now lost, was the statue of Seleucus I Nicator.
