1. Vilankulo - Inhambane

Vilankulo

Present in the Inhambane Province within its Vilanculos District, Vilankulo is a coastal town in Mozambique. Its name was inspired from Gamala Vilankulo Mukoke, a chief of the local tribe. Although it was originally called Vilanculos, it was during its independence that it was changed to Vilankulo. Vilankulo forms both the start and end of the circuit that tends to the tourism of the southern part of Mozambique.
