The Old Cathedral of Managua is a church that is located in the city of Managua in Nicaragua. The church was designed by the renowned architect Pablo Dambach. Established in 1920, the old church had survived the earthquake of 1931 but was badly damaged in the subsequent earthquake in 1972. This led to the construction of a new cathedral known as Catedral de la Concepcion in Managua.

The facade and bell tower of the Cathedral looks imposing from afar. It stands overlooking the Parque Central, which is the central town square.
