The process is straightforward: upon arrival, your driver will be waiting with a nameplate, ready to assist with luggage and ensure you’re comfortably on your way.

The Vehicle and Its Features

All vehicles are fully licensed and insured, meaning safety is a priority. The cars are described as clean inside and outside, and equipped with necessary facilities for travel in any weather conditions. This might include fastenings for sports equipment, which could be handy if you’re bringing backpacks, bikes, or other gear.

A notable perk is the Wi-Fi in the vehicle, allowing travelers to stay connected, share photos, or get last-minute updates during the journey. For families or groups with children, child seats are available upon request, aligning with the needs of travelers with little ones.

Duration and Route

The trip takes approximately 40 minutes from the airport to central Chengdu, making it one of the quickest ways to start your trip without the unpredictability of local taxis or public transit. The exact time can vary depending on traffic, but overall, it’s a swift and efficient transfer.

Meeting Point and Booking Details

Your driver will meet you at the airport—either inside the arrivals area with a name sign or in a designated meeting zone. When booking, you’ll be asked to share details like your flight number, airline, luggage count, and preferred pickup time. This helps ensure a smooth pickup, especially during busy travel hours.

The service is private, meaning only your group will participate, which means less waiting and more personalized attention. This is especially valued by travelers wanting a stress-free start or end to their trip.
