@Matthew James Thank you, I’ll certainly keep it in mind. Now that you mention it, I have been to the Starlight Theater and Starlight Bowl once but I’d definitely like to attend any upcoming events if I can squeeze in more free time
@Jonathan Davis Yes, the golf course is really something! If you really enjoy the theater experience, there’s also the Starlight Theater and Starlight Bowl where you can enjoy good plays, musicals, and galas every other weekend.
I’m a regular at the Balboa Park for just about everything from taking a walk to dining out with the family and to watching performance arts. What I love about the park is how it transitions from day to nightlife where you get to really experience the diverse music and live performance scene of San Diego.
I’m a regular at the golf complex in Balboa Park and the more I get to explore this place, I more I fall in love with it. I’m often traveling around the country but I enjoy my golf the most here. I’ve been to a few theater plays and comedy nights at The Old Globe and I have to admit that there’s no lack of talent in San Diego and around the country.
Oh, Balboa Park, you should already be a national landmark or a treasure! You can easily come here every day of the week and do something new each day. I personally love heading to the theater to enjoy some comedy. I agree @Matthew James, the zoo is pretty good and you gotta appreciate the effort of the management in recreating the natural lifestyle of the animals and plants.
What a beautiful park with rich history. I can easily spend a lifetime at the Natural History and Air & Space museums. The zoo is also fantastic with good walking spaces. Top notch place for fun with the family or a nice walk!
