Service is great, except for some complaints about housekeeping. Reception and bar service are excellent. Valet service could be better. Booking process should be better organized. Management is acceptable. Room service could have been improved.

Average rooms, poorly cleaned and maintained. Great views, but poor quality beds and furniture in somewhat old rooms. Small rooms and poorly cleaned bathrooms. Guests complained about kitchenettes, minibars, TV's, and A/C. Shower can be a problem.
