Facilities are old, but the terrace is lovely. Well-equipped conference area and lovely hotel grounds. Nice hotel grounds and entrance area is alright. Beautiful architecture.
Reception and restaurant service are not great, but is friendly. So-so management, housekeeping, and service professionalism. Great hotel security. Room service is average. Booking process is sufficient.

Large, okay rooms with great balconies and views. Maintenance and cleaning is lacking, with subpar beds and furnishing. Small rooms and poorly cleaned bathrooms. Old rooms, with unsatisfactory minibars. air conditioning and TV's.
