Well-located, although unfortunately the parking isn't easy. Close to public transport and the train. Awesome sightseeing, but far from downtown. Shopping, restaurants and bars in the area are great.
"Great wellness & sports facilities"
Awesome wellness and fitness areas.
Varied menu containing delicious food and snacks. Okay dining experience with acceptable prices.
Friendly, professional service, especially at the bar and restaurant. Reception is OK but housekeeping is substandard. Great concierge service. Hotel security can be an issue. Room service is average.
Tasty yet pricey breakfasts.
"Room is all right"
Rooms are OK, but old and poorly maintained. Great beds in clean rooms, with wonderful views and nice TVs. Small but relatively clean bathrooms. Poorly rated A/C, minibars, and furniture. Shower can be a problem.
Okay buildings and entrance area. Generally old facilities, although conference area was good. Elevator in need of updating. Unspectacular architecture.
"Regular internet service"
Expensive but decent WiFi. Wifi quality could be improved.
"Value for money could be better"
