"Great wellness & sports facilities"
Awesome wellness and fitness areas.
Well-located, although unfortunately the parking isn't easy. Close to public transport and the train. Awesome sightseeing, but far from downtown. Shopping, restaurants and bars in the area are great.
Friendly and professional bar service and reception. Fine restaurant service but inadequate housekeeping. Great concierge service. Room service is average.
Varied menu containing delicious food and snacks. Okay dining experience with acceptable prices.
Tasty yet pricey breakfasts.
Amenities and facilities adequate but in need of updating. Great conference area and nice entrance area. Elevator in need of updating.
"Room is all right"
Decently sized rooms, but poorly maintained. Great beds in clean rooms, with wonderful views and nice TVs. Small rooms and poorly cleaned bathrooms. Old rooms with complaints about the furniture, minibars, and A/C. Shower can be a problem.
"Complaints about WiFi"
Wifi quality could be improved. Relatively high internet cost.
"Value for money could be better"
Value for money could be better. WiFi and breakfast pricey. Normally priced food.
