Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice beds. AC needs updating.

Professional, friendly service, especially at the bar. Poor reception but decent management. Average wait staff and housekeeping. Recreation staff could be nicer. Concierge service is average. Room service is perfect. Wellness staff is ok.

Large rooms with comfortable beds and great balconies. Old, adequately clean rooms with fine views and subpar A/C. Bathrooms are large but with substandard cleaning. Lacking maintenance in rooms and poor TV's, minibars, and furniture. Shower was ok. Kitchenette is acceptable.
