Andros Barrier Reef is the third largest in the world and a spectacular diving, snorkeling and fishing destination. The twisted and contorted Three Sisters formation is one of the highlights.
Andros (a part of the Out Islands) comes to life with food, drinks, music, dance, and entertainment during the Goombay Festival. Swing to the tunes of the Junkanoo and absorb yourself in the local culture. Celebrated every Friday from June to September, the festival is also held at Mangrove Cay and Long Bays.
The scuba center offers access to diving on the world's third largest barrier reef, and advanced divers can check out the "Tongue of the Ocean" where the ocean floor drops off 500 fathoms.
